Found a wrong seat map? Tell us

Please do. Our maps are drawn by Greg, our cartographer, from airline and manufacturer sources, and corrections from travellers make them better.

Send it through the Help button on aerolopa.com or the support form in the app. The most useful thing to include is the flight number and date you flew (or are about to). That lets us tie your report to the exact aircraft and layout.

Also helpful:

• the seat or row that's wrong, and what you saw
• a photo of the seat, the row numbers or the airline's safety card

We read every report and pass it to Greg. We can't promise a change or a date, but every report gets checked.
