I can't find my flight

Search with the flight number and date, not your booking code. If the Next button stays grey, the box usually holds a booking code.

Flight number vs booking code: the flight number is the airline code plus a few digits, like UA 1234 or DL 152. Your booking code (also called a confirmation code or PNR) is a 6-character reference like LJ61FF, and the search can't use it. You'll find the flight number on your itinerary or confirmation email, or in the airline's app next to the departure time.

A trip with connections: each flight has its own number. Look each one up separately.

Searching by route instead? Check you're on the right cabin. Some premium-sounding seats are part of economy: Delta Comfort, United Economy Plus and similar extra-legroom seats appear on the economy seat map, not premium economy.

A whole trip to add? In the app, forward your booking confirmation email to flights@aerolopa.com from your account's email address, and every flight in it is saved for you.

Still stuck? Send us your route, date and flight number through Help, and we'll tell you which aircraft and seat map to expect.
