How do I cancel Pro or get a refund?

Apple or Google bills your subscription, so you cancel it in your phone's store settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AeroLOPA → Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AeroLOPA → Cancel.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. If you're still in your free trial, there's nothing to cancel: see Will I be charged after my free trial?.

Refunds:

  • Bought on iPhone (App Store): only Apple can issue a refund. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Bought on Android (Google Play): contact us from the app or the Help button on aerolopa.com, and our team will look at it.
  • In the EU, within 14 days of buying: you can withdraw from the purchase. Tell us and we'll confirm how your refund comes back.
